An inclusive arts mentorship programme by
GROW aims to expose artists to the practice of collaborative creative projects with children from our community. This inaugural season focuses on digital artmaking with 8EyedSpud, Hong Shin, Canlaken, and Yellow Mushmellow through which the artists make sense of disability awareness, accessibility and assistive technology and journeyed through Superhero Me’s framework of inclusive arts.
Through GROW, Superhero Me began conversations with Today at Apple Singapore, who took us on a learning journey of assistive features and creative apps on the iPad. We also partnered Watch Out, World! (WOW!), a pilot enrichment programme by Rainbow Centre for talented youths with disabilities to strengthen our community outreach.
